    Well....I'll give it to you for a Special Atk based set, but consider breeding for Dragon Dance and have a set with Dragon Dance, Earthquake, Rock Slide/Flamethrower/Fire Blast, and Aerial Ace/Hidden Power [Flying]

    Althoug Counter is unexpected enough to work, I'm not sure that one turn lag is going to make it useful enough. Return and Double Edge are cooler over Hyper Beam most times so you'll be able to switch out on that turn that you're loafing around

    With the exception of Sky Attack, it looks like a decent set, but I don't know enough about Altaria to help you out in that area, I'm afraid. You can check smogon.com for standard sets for it if you'd like.

    It's got a BIT of a problem switching into Ice Beams, but other than that, it's kinda decent IMO for an in-game team. Personally I'd trade Altaria for something like Regice since you already have a Dragon in your party.

    im not putting a legendary into my team. so forget Regice. Altaria is kinda gay though...anyone else have any other suggestions...
    oh yeah...my battle tower lvl 100 team is Milotic, Slaking and Metagross

    I have no idea about altaria...needs dragon type attack though
     
    drop altaria..it does nothing for your team and adds further ice weak.
    switch it for regice

    If you do keep altaria try

    Altaria[calm/modest]@leftovers
    EVs - get abt 240 Sp,dump some into Spatt and SpDef..rest in HP
    dragon claw
    fireblast/flamethrower
    sing/haze/perish song/ice beam
    rest

    I like either sing or ice beam

    keep rest on the moveset anyhow...natural cure + rest is too fun not to abuse.
