thanks for the tip here is another one that is a little better but the reason it is bordered by phychic symbols because i messed it up but this is my first official trainer card i made

You misaligned everything, you need to learn out to align. (No.1)
Also, you overstuffed it with PHYSIC you should paste it over an empty template.(No. 2)
It makes it look sloppy.
