Should I can keep Mespirit or replace it with one of these?

    Kingdra @ Life Orb
    Nature : Adamant
    Role : Lead
    EV (252 ATK, 232 SPD, 24 HP)

    -Outrage
    -Dragon Dance
    -Waterfall
    -Yawn

Kingdra has decent defenses even without any EV's and should be able to get a DD in. Once that's done it can outrun base 130 speed Pokemon and can do heaps of damage with Outrage. I can also Yawn if I think the opponent is about to switch so the next Pokemon will either fall asleep or the opponent will switch again giving me a free DD.

    Mespirit @ Leftovers
    Nature : Timid
    Role : Anti-Sweeper
EV (128 SP ATK, 128 HP, 252 SPD)

    -Thunderbolt
    -Ice Beam
    -Psychic
    -Calm Mind

I really think Mespirit is overlooked. It's a great Pokemon, even with no EV investments in its defenses it still can take a hit very well. Timid Nature/252 EV give her a speed of over 290 which pretty good. Calm Mind then sweep and it also can tank sometimes.

    Salamence @ Life Orb
    Nature : Rash
    Role : Mixed Sweeper
EV (128 ATK, 128 SP ATK, 252 SPD)

    -Dragon Pulse
    -Thunder Fang
    -Earthquake
    -Flamethrower

Salamence is very good as a mixed sweeper to me. Flamethrower is for Skarmory and Thunder Fang is for Water-types who always carry Ice Beam. No set-ups moves this Salamence just hits hard.

    Heracross @ Wide Lens
    Nature : Jolly
    Role : Physical Sweeper
    EV (252 ATK, 252 SPD)

    -Close Combat
    -Rock Slide
    -Megahorn
    -Swords Dance

This thing is pretty deadly. Wide Lens is to increase the accuracy of Rock Slide and Megahorn. If he can use SD then he'll tear through an opponent's team easily if they aren't prepared to deal with him.

    Blissey @ Leftovers
    Nature : Bold
    Role : Special Wall
EV (252 DEF, 128 SP ATK, 128 HP)
[PokeCommunity.com] Please rate my Wifi Team

    -Thunderbolt
    -Thunderwave
    -Ice Beam
    -Softboiled

Blissey is great, very sturdy and very hard to take down. I paralyze a Pokemon then attack then with Ice Beam/Thunderbolt then Softboiled if I get low on HP.

    Gyarados @ Expert Belt
    Nature : Jolly
    Role : Physical Sweeper
    EV (160 ATK, 128 DEF, 128 SPD, 96 HP)

    -Ice Fang
    -Waterfall
    -Earthquake
    -Dragon Dance

This EV is kinda weird but it works for me. It can take a physical hits pretty well and after a DD it just sweeps. It makes an okay counter to Garchomp taking about 2-3 hits from it depending on what sort and can usually KO it with Ice Fang. Expert Belt gives him an extra boost.
