Good!!!! I like it!!!! Just give some more training and learn some more moves. <not true, my messages was to short.>

Dragons could give you problems (mainly thinking of late game Salamence and Garchomp) considering Weavile, being your lead, would probably not last long enough to be able to deal with them later. And Blissey would not stand a chance, even with Ice Beam. I can see Blissey befitting Seismic Toss better than Ice Beam anyway. Hippowdon is an opener that I see could give you troubles.

Those are some things I see at a glance. And please, do not take my word as fact; I am still learning myself.

I appreciate the feedback SmashGood. I'll take a peek on serbii and see what I can figure out.

Use Smogon >>> Serebii for EV's and Movesets. It's also a better website for comparing the base stats of Pokemon as this is 1 thing on Serebii that isn't shown. Serebii also only gives movesets in POTW and POTD and some are really old whereas Smogon is updated with each Generation. You need something that will be able to Ice Beam for you later on. I'm thinking either Cresselia or Swampert. That should get rid of the Dragon problem slightly. Also, weavile isn't a good lead as he basically gets 1HKO'ed from everything. Leads are meant to open the game to your favour and force your opponent to switch a lot. Weavile doesn't really do that as most leads take him on quite easily. So does everything else. Swampert would make a great replacement here. As would Cresselia if you wanted to bring out something else as a lead. Vaporeon doesn't do too bad as Gyarados is a common lead as well. Try out some of the changes on Shoddy or NetBattle and see how it goes. It's good to use the teams on Shoddy first, then to move onto NDS and WiFi battling. Otherwise it isn't bad. I would replace Hariyama because he's ugly. I don't care how good or bad he is, he's ugly. But in all seriousness, a Hitmontop could do the same thing with more speed. Then again, you could opt for a MixApe or an SD/CBcross. SDApe's are a little original and unexpected as well. Like SmashGood, I'm not exactly a pro but DA, Aquillae and AirConditioning have helped me gather a few techniques. I'm still a newbie though but yeah, try it on Shoddy just to save you the time of EV training and battling on WiFi and finding out your team doesn't work well. Your Blissey is also a PHail. The only good offensive move for Blissey is Seismic Toss. Everything else is PHail. So here's a different moveset. Even though I like the idea of Toxic and it's being used on Shoddy a lot, I'd change. WishBlissey isn't as good as Cleric, besides, you need a Cleric. Maybe we could keep it but meh, here's the "OTHER" Blissey. Also known as a Cleric:

    Blissey @ Leftovers
    Calm <40HP/252Def/218SpDef>
    Seismic Toss
    Aromatherapy
    Softboiled
    Thunder Wave/Toxic

I prefer TWave but Toxic is good for late game, where Blissey can appear a lot. It forces them to switch a lot which is what you want to make your opponent do. TWave slows them down which allows you to take them on. Toxic for late game attack, TWave for all out attack. You could always use Ice Beam as another option but Seismic Toss really is the only good offensive move on Blissey as it guarantees 100HP Damage. It's also ok for sweeping with as it 4HKO's Chomp, (if you can last that long against him).

Well dragons are gonna give you a problem with your team here.
Apart from that you need a pokemon that has Taunt or Sing.
Since taunt makes the opponent use atk moves for up to 2 to 6 turns so that makes the apponent not able to sweep your team.
    Also with that Blissey well...
I don't like the moveset.Maybe take out Ice Beam and put in Flamethrower.
Umm.. Take out toxic and put in ThunderWave.
    It's all just a suggestion.

    1. If he gives Gliscor Ice Fang, that's a start. Weavile has Ice Shard and Ice Punch...
    2. You don't NEED a pokemon with either of those, especially Sing, which has 55% accuracy
    3. Just because they cannot stat up doesn't mean they can't sweep your team, look at Choice Band Garchomp.
    4. Seismic Toss/Aromatherapy/Softboiled/Thunder Wave - Calm, 100HP/252Def/156Sp.Def

Blissey wants S-Toss and Weavile could use Ice Punch instead of Ice Shard. Doesn't have to though.

Weavile these days is probably on the verge of BL IMO because its usefulness is just being shot down by everything. It's better as a revenge killer, coming in on a weakened Gengar/Azelf/Dragon and taking it down with Ice Shard/Pursuit/something. I don't like it much as a lead anymore due to more Bronzong leads if anything.

Without a Steel type, Dragons can rampage your team unless Weavile takes them out really quickly, but any Dragon Dancer with Yache is going to be troublesome if Weavile's sash in unable to kick in. Ice Fang on Gliscor will help take care of them, fortunately. Your dragon coverage is great with Starmie and Weavile, but they may instantly die to CB Quake (maybe not Starmie, but again, Weavile will need its sash.

Okay I'm just rambling there...Metagross can also give you some major problems, especially CB. With only 1 steel resist that isn't a big wall, Meteor Mash will, indeed, hurt.
