    Well, it's been confirmed that there will be an RPG factor in this game, so what are your ideas for the plot?

    Easy: that blue-haired guy from the end of XD comes back with more Shadow Pokemon...or something even worse...and you have to snag them all again.
     
    I hope its not something like XD/Colluesum i didn't really like those games i just hope its like a regular pokemon GBA game. And at the very end you have to compete in the pokemon league. Maybe the snagging can be a sidequest but i just don't want it to be the main point of the game.

    I agree with this 100% because thats what probably going to happen. Except the blue hair part

    I figure I could be happy with something new. Anything new. a Pokemon circus being invaded by aliens would be better than another Shadow Pokemon plot.

    Actually, it'd be kinda cool if there were a traditional-style RPG for Wii, but there were also "enemies" that you can't capture. Like robots or something.

    You know what? I want a game where my Pokemon fight robots. Now.
     
    How about something Pokemon Blue Rescue Team themish? Just changing it around so you obtain a light gem when you turn into a pokemon and you need to rescue shadow pokemon with the gem to purify them. Partly the story of the original game.

    Shadow Milotic, Nidoqueen, Nidoking, Raichu, Grovyle, Combusken, Marshtomp, Slowpoke, etc.
     
    How's this?

    The 3 Regions we've covered so far,
    Kanto, Johto and Hoenn...

    We play as a child who leaves his journey at the age of every trainer must leave. Start at any region we want (the 3 regions) then begin our journey,
    meeting new pokemon, meeting new friends and beating the all the gym leaders and the elite 4 and battle tower.

    But there's a twist...
    Team Snagem has come back with new ideas.
    They have found a way to turn the pokemon into their strongest form or make them have extra power.
    But now you have to heal them with your new made " Light-Spray " which stops the process so far and turns them into normal pokemon in 1 spray. But now they have taken over a group of legendaries in each of the 3 regions and has been attacking the towns in that region.

    It's up to you to Save them.

    Team Snagem has come back with new ideas!
    They tie you up to a tree before launching their shadow pokemon plot, and not even that muscly guy at top of mt battle can stop them now..

    They should make an mmorpg/story-mode thing using an individual ip, so friends can join and help you in this 'RPG' side of the game. They have internet now, so they may as well use it. Make something more, out of the ordinary as to their previous versions.. I personally Love the team-battles with other players helping you.

    Well If they managed to fit stadium in to those pissy little cartridges, This had better be one facking hell of a good game, nice graphics or not. =p

    They could more than likely fit a story-mode in, with the room they're given, but we'll leave that for them to decide. It sure would be one heck of a lot easier, having your pokemon already in the game you're battlnig on, instead of having to re-register pokemon each time you change/update them.
