Since, banners are there in your thread title, I'll request 2. These are really important and are for the PC Tribune - PC's best Newspaper. Actually one is a kinda "seal".

It's actually a seal like thing (You know a seal - a stamp of approval and recognition).
It should not be too big neither too small - medium size.
It is picture of someone stamping a seal.
