Crunch cannot miss either unless there's double team, and most likely you'll kill the dter before dt is good enough to block everything. The only gurantee accuracy move should be used is aerial ace.

-whirlwind/silver wind

It's a lot better for a staller to be capable of self healing ^_^; Dustox's attack power is beyond usable, but use silver wind for ingame purposes so you can actually train or something *shrug*

EV: sp.atk and Speed, mix of some others?

Well Kairi did suggest mystic water + spout for Kyogre to boost attack power... and whatever she says it will be right. You can always go for surf/hydro if you dislike the fact that spout's power drops when hp drops. Thunder and ice beam are needed so you are not helpless against Quagsire/Eggy. You can choose to either boost speed for some gurantee in terms of sweeping speed, or extra power with a 10% boost in sp.atk.

this is kinda n00bish but wat's sub and how do you control ev's? and Flygon is in bug breeding group so how do i breed crunch/dragon claw ova to Grovyle. (well good thing she's female

Sub is substitute, and it will be available to be public once FRLG comes out as one of the precious move tutor moves ^_^;

EV is effort values and can be easily controlled. i believe the advanced trainer's guide in my signature has covered EV ^_^;

Grovyle needs to breed with Salamence in order to get both crunch and dragon claw.

Grovyl will need to learn Dragon Claw via TM, since Treecko can't inherit it through breeding.

Faint Attack is only really useful on a Dark type who can't learn Crunch.

not even

any dark type that can be a good special attacker can crunch, and the only one who may just possilby need to learn faint attack (but I doubt that) is Cacturne. Cacturne does have good sp.att stats and faint attack is the only dark type move it can learn. However, Cacturne has a lot of better stuff to do such as spike and destiny bond =)

What about my Faint Attack-weilding Xatu and Crobat in G/S/C? XD

It was alright for Murkrow in G/S/C too I suppose, but Shadow Ball would suffice in R/S.

Bottom line though: Crunch owns it, so it shouldn't feature in Flygon's set. ^o)

Xatu should just be annoying with wish/twave/nightshade/confuse ray imho, and it has drill peck and psychic and giga to use over faint attack. Crobat should be attacking with sball and sbomb rather than wasting time with the low sp.attack. Even Murkrow has better stuff to do again with the twave/confuse ray combo. It can also haze, drill peck or shadowball.

That may be so, but this was G/S/C, and they were also novelty team members. Murkrow couldn't learn Thunderwave then. =D

Sceptile IMO, Flygon can do with Dragonbreath who can Paralyse
