iv just caught latios using a masterball on pokemon ruby, shall i save it? or do i need the master ball for a better pokemon?????

I think you have made the right choice catching Latios with a Master Ball. You won't have to search anymore, and Rayquaza can be caught with Ultra Balls.

yeh iv saved it now, is there any other masterballs in game except for the lottery??

No, there aren't unfortunately. Unless you get them from another game.
