PMD2: Ending?

I've been wondering.
At the end of PMD2 Explorers of Darkness,
does your Pokemon disappear?
Im at Temporal Tower and having a hard time beating it,
so I want to know.
If someone could tell me, I would be happy.

No, your pokemon does not disappear, Just like in reed and blue. How else would you get the other pokemon including Palkia and all those other pokemon?

actually it never says he dies, just disappears. Mayb that huge time break that Dialga caused could've sent him and Celebi into the future that should've been (good one)

yeah that would be cool but one thing if dialga can get you back why can't he get grovyle back (esipecally if you recruit him)
