And your continuing it.Wouldnt it be better if you ignored it and didnt make such a fuss about that?And besides,i think if its only one,then it should forwarded to an admin by PM,not a thread.

Which is why they receive a warning first, vaati, and why jake told the member to let them know it is against the rules.

In future (directed to everyone) if you do receive a PM from a member asking that you join their forum, just forward the PM to a member of staff who will then send the member a warning -that's how we normally deal with these things :3
