    Why don't you start developing some content for your site first, then get some people to link to it. I'm sure that you'll get volunteer staff members. I know how you feel, I was very overloaded when I started Patamon's World and I didn't get my first staff member until about 2 months after I opened! PW is now Australia's biggest Digimon site, so just don't give up!
     
    ive had this for several months and am so frusterated and blah blah...

    I joined your forum and left a post in the new users board saying I can mod for you. Im registered at Ytnim.
