Pokédex Completion Checklists

I don't want to write in my Pokédex guide, but I'd like a good checklist (preferably printable) for completing it in my games. I can't really find one online and I was wondering if anyone had anything helpful. I feel like they would be everywhere, but it seems like no one really uses them.

I could bike to the library and make copies, I guess, ha-ha. I just wanted to see what people here had to say

There's that, if you're looking for something really versatile. (Though not really printable, from what I can tell.) I've never personally used it but I've seen it recommended before. Just thought I'd mention it, though the next suggestion is closer to what you're looking for, I think:

You can use that to generate lists of Pokemon. If you paste "☐ %[3number]% - %[name]%" into the "list format" box and generate the list, it should spit out a list of the Pokemon you specify with empty checkboxes next to them. Paste that into Notepad or Word or something, print it, and you're ready to go. ♥
