    So with the 10th we got the special "The Mastermind of Mirage Pokémon" plus some other stuff. Do you think we'll get another special for the 20th? Hopefully better voices. And if so, what do you want it to be about?

    I kinda am hoping for a big legendary Pokémon apocolyptic special.
     
    It'll be cool if we get another special anime episode.

    Would be kinda weird with the 20th anniversary being close to a possible new generation too.

    Well the last special was released after diamond and pearl I think, in Japan. Then a few months after the special in the us the 4th gen came.

    And I'm talking about BIG, legendary pokemon on the loose, ash is the chosen one, all of his friends. Just one big bang.
     
    I'd love a big legendary apocalyptic episode. Quite possibly the return of the legendary birds possibly? I've always wanted them to return.

    Although, I'd be more excited to see a ensemble cast of past/present/maybe future companions. That'd be pretty sweet! A celebration of 20 years of characters.
     
    That would be AWESOME!! but maybe they'll also give us event Pokemon as well.
     
    I am almost 100% certain we will have a special. Would be nice to have at least May returns, even better if everyone did. When is the 20th Ann anyways.
     
    Heres a idea I came up with:

    Ash gets a invite to a special event simply titled "Pokemon World Champoinships" held in the Hoenn (or Gen 7) region. Ash & Crew arrive at a brand new stadium, where Ash sees some familiar faces, Misty, May, Dawn, Iris, Cilan, Brock, Max, Oak, ect. The battles are underway when a mysterious figure shows up on the big screen and gives a speech about something. The 3 legendary birds fly up from over the stadium and start attacking, ...

    And the 20th Anni is 2016(?) I think.
