I have a problem with my Pikachu too but it's a bit different.
Since I started a new game, I have a problem with the Level Cap.
Normally, starting with the visit to the town with Leaf, Bianca, Flannery, and Tia, Pikachu's level cap should always be one level above the highest level cap in the team.
Unfortunately, that doesn't happen for me. Pikachu's level cap is still significantly lower.

Does anyone else have this problem and/or know a solution?

yeah, I just realized the problem, I didn't think much at first, but now I'm soft locked at the dawn fight with no way to win.
 
Is it the academy life forever discord? I would like a patch but not sure where to find it.

Now when I click on downloads it just brings up a blank screen
 
I would like to ask about what files I could edit to copy Pokémon across saves I'm in day 22 April and I really want to start again because I choose a lot of useless electives.but the problem is I got really good Pokémon's with really good IVs.I don't want to waste a lot of time saving and reloading especially the battles you can't skip them.It's a really great game I was worried it might be hentai lol.
 
I think the trait is charm, patient, knowledge, wit, courage and here some of my save date in case you want, it got good iv and ev

Patience gives you extra xp after going to the explorable areas (fields, alley, etc) based on your winstreak. Knowledge increases the level of the moves you can have relearned on Fridays. Charm increases the likelihood of someones mood not decreasing. Wit gives a discount at Gardenia's shop. I'm not sure what courage does

Having enough Courage gives the option to fight stronger Grunts in the alley gamble battles, granting more exp and money if you win; I'd like to add on that Wit also increases how much you can sell items to Gardenia for!
