[Completed] Pokémon Afterlife Part I

I'm playing on whichever version is currently linked to download, I just installed the game last night. But basically I go up to the Sandshrew, talk to it and get it to follow me, go straight down to its trainer and when I chat with her, she accuses me of leaving it behind. Even though it's next to me. Then I get a failed mission message and the Sandshrew disappears. I reloaded the game and tried again like, three times.
 
Pokémon Afterlife Part I (v2.2.5) update fixes the Sandy quest not functioning properly. See bugs fixed for more details.
