Welcome to the Anniversary Showdown! Similar to past Get-Together battling tournaments, this tour will be using a point system. The goal is simple: win as many battles as you can. To celebrate Pok?mon's 20th anniversary we will be giving out extra points for specific formats and teams. Read below for more info.
Signing up
Please fill out the form below and post it. You don't have to do both.
Once you've posted, you may start battling to earn points! Our battle server will automatically log all points you've collected, with the exception of point bonuses. You can check your point total via "/profile username" and the ladder via "/gtladder".
Points
You earn the following points for each battle won.
"Anniversary server battle" includes any non-Random format if you use a team with 4 or more Pok?mon of the same generation. The bold formats must be logged in your signup post like so:
Won vs Castform / Wi-Fi
Lost vs Dragon / anni
Won vs Lalapizzame / anni

Top 1 winner will receive 60 BP and a trophy on the battle server (trophy lasts for 4 weeks). Top 2 will receive 50 BP and top 3 will receive 40 BP.
The thread will be updated with emblems later.

Rules- Don't abuse other players or the system for points (e.g. convincing players to forfeit). The server keeps logs of every battle.
- Don't ignore certain players if you aren't actually busy or away (e.g. battling other people while avoiding someone).
- Counterteaming will not be enforced, as it's too subjective. Be sure to prepare a lot of teams.
