i don't now of my team is good? I could use some help

I think I can help,well I am competitive and all.
Also it doesn't matter if its BW/2,some pokes on ur team are good.

I suggest u remove magmortar's rock slide and iron tail
cuz wat magmortar does best is breaking walls.
maybe u change them into thunderbolt and focus blast(it's ur choice on focus blast just pick a powerful special attack that is another type(I mean other than a fire type attack)
and a modest,rash or timid nature also give it life orb/expert belt
oh btw flame body is good,don't allow magmortar to get hit by special attacks,only make it hit by stabbers(physical attackers)they might get burned cuz of contact.

And serperior I think u remove seed bomb.cuz there's leaf blade,
it has a higher base atk.and critical hits land more easily.
Coil is a good choice u should keep it.
Mind adding dragon tail.also add leftovers

about glaceon I don't think its a good poke and all.
But i'll find something good...:)

Skarmory should be a wall.
fly might help keep it if it's ur pokemon to fly.
No air slash,skarmory is weak on special attacks,dark pulse as well
add spikes if possible
or roost..
give it leftovers

That conkeldurr of yours is good maybe add mach punch instead of rock slide.If ur gonna go competitive u need to give it toxic or flame orb
cuz of guts.i prefer toxic orb.

gliscor is good.heh..
only use acrobatics if u know wat ur doing either add no item or give it flying gem that would give massive damage
no earth power same with skarmory weak with special attacks.
add earthquake it's always recommended.
x-scissor?good!
sky uppercut maybe add swords dance,sky uppercut is good,but if u want other moves to be stronger give it swords dance.
