Pokémon came 1975

Though it NEEDS some investigation, Pokemon is probably related to "Ultraman" which, according to a review of Satoshi Tajiri, is where Capsule Monsters exist... I'll look it up a bit more and inform you guys...

Actually for those who had seen the old Ultraseven series, you'll probably remember the main character (ultraseven's human disguise) throwing tiny bullet-shaped capsules that transformed into three huge monsters: Windam - a humanoid robot, Mikuras - a bipedal ox-like monster and Agira - a triceratops-like monster. He uses the same commands that Pokemon trainers used to summon or recall their Pokemon - E.g. "Windam, go!" "Windam, come back!"

The capsule monsters were seen again in Ultraman Zearth, Ultraman Leo and the new Ultraseven series.
