Lucas looks very weird.
His battle sprite is alright, but his overworld...
Yuk.
 
Some of us aren't so lucky... naaaaa.

How come the girl character looks hot, and our guy looks like a gay freek (the ugly hat)?? No fair! hehe
 
I think it would be better if you could play as your rival or choose between the two. Lucas gets boring after a while
 
I think you should have the choice to design your own charater From a Choice. Would be alot more cooler.
 
Yeah, It would but It would probably be alot of storange in the game
 
The rival's really adorable ^_^ Too bad that Lucas isn't as good looking as the rival xD

I think you should be able to choose from like 3 designs for the girl and 3 for the guy.
 
Lol, I just thought he was adorable, like baby-cute XD I think you should have a choice for the sprites, too, but maybe we're not at that stage in terms of storage on a DS cartridge? o_O

One thing that wouldn't take a lot storage space would be if they allowed the player to change the colors of his clothes, his tone skin, hair color...

But whatever you do to Lucas, he's still gonna look ugly :P

I named mine "Aryk" (It was the reverse of my first file, Kyra. Sounded fitting since we were rivals.)
 
Or at least give him a better Overworld sprite XD And a better default name (thank god you can change it, no offense, but I don't like the name Lucas that much :3)
 
Its a bad day for poor old Lucas, I bet the next time I turn on Pearl he will be sitting there crying XD
 
Dawn'll just be cheering 'cause at least she's somewhat appealing to the general public. Probably like a "Thank goodness I'm not Lucas" cheer. xD
 
Yeah, She should watch out that she doesnt get kid-napped for her populairty.

Lucas will probably curse the person who designed him as he attempts to remove that hat of his, but it's attached to his by a mysterious force :P Why do all the main characters in the games wear hats??
 
See, in the overworld map, Lucas looks bald, seriously! ^_^

Look at Ash Ketchum. Without his hat, he's got the hair of a savage. That's probably why they all wear hats :D
