you should get pedobear exactly 19 experience points.
 
Yes, train Pedobear and get 69 experience (lol, 69 amirite?!?!)... and name the next Pokemon you catch sex... don't question me, just do it!!!

Nickname and should I keep it?
 
Nickname should be Poledance

Here is my process

Poliwag -> Tadpole Pokémon -> Tadpole - Tad = Pole -> Pole + Dance = Poledance

And you should keep itz. And Grind it to lv.10.

EDIT: Or you could call it

UCanCGuts / UCnCMyGuts

because the swirlie in the middle is itz organs and you can see through the hole in it's belly. according to pokédex.

Nickname the Poliwag, Waggle and maybe return back to your hometown and walk upwards to catch a Jigglypuff.
 
I say nickname the Poliwag Lulzwag.
