I can't recall the exact place, but I'm fairly certain it's somewhere around either Astana or Yerevan.

Talk to everyone you meet, starting from Petra Village. You should find it.

You can catch a Gohng in Safari Park to help with Carr since he uses Normal/Dark.

Scyther (safari), Loonie and Doduo can be found on Route 68/69, which will help against Orm's Grass-type team.

Speak with the man at the middle desk on the right side, then go to Route 70.

You have the latest Beta, correct? If there's no one at the middle desk on the right side then you need to update with the latest Beta and be sure to get the fix for Astana Gym once you download it.
