Emerald hack: Pokémon Elite Redux v2.1 [complete] — Unique Multi-Ability Difficulty Hack

Looking at starting this romhack! Quick question: what's the difference between between the 2.2.1 and the 2.2.1 debug version?

Before you do that,do yourself a favor and download v2.5,this here is outdated, you can get the pre patched version form various sites,or you can get in their discord and get the patch and do the work yourself

Love the ROMhack to bits, and I am playing the 2.5 update, but there's a few things to mention.

First off, the Sage along the route for the Weather Institute makes the game reset if you talk to him before becoming Champ.
Second, it seems like Basculegion doesnt properly get registered in the Pokedex at entry 902.
Third off, the Sage in Victory Road doesnt seem to actually unlock any of the hidden Legendaires.

I hope these issues get addressed at some point in the future.
EDIT- I was mentioning Greninja with Skill Link here and his lack of good Special Moves, but then I remembered the Swirly Glasses that invert Physical and Special Attacks.

something i'd like to mention is during the 7th gym battle mr.rime resisted my melmetal's gyro ball despite neither ice nor psychic resisting steel.
