    Hi, I'm a bit new to hacking a Pkmn rom but that's why I'm here right?

    So I want to remove the 1st encounter with Prof.Birch where you get your starter because I want an alternative way for obtaining your starter.
    The story remains the same so I want him to appear after that just like normal.

    Somebody knows with what tool and how I can do this?
    Would be very much appreciated.
