This hack's progress will be in a slow pace, so yeah.
Peace
Spoiler:
Hi there, I am takeKopter, this is my very first serious attempt at ROM Hacking. Yes I am a beginner (actually I've been here for a while, it just that I don't always have much time) so maybe this is not the best hack in the world :)
In an unrelated note, my favorite Pokemon is Crobat
This hack is called Pokemon Eternal Elbait version. The story takes place in a region called Ernal, 2-3 years after G/S/C events (which means 5-6 years after R/B/Y events). I decided to use only 3 (maybe 4) legendary in this hack (at least in regional dex), because I believe a good Pokemon Game doesn't need much legendary (10 legendary each generation are you kidding me – jk - no gamefreak seriously). The storyline involves Ho-oh, Lugia, and Celebi.

Story
Spoiler:
You are a boy (yes, you can only play as a boy) who recently moved to Parchmenta Town. Your father was quite a successful bike shop owner. Trying to expand his business, he moved from Goldenrod City to a region called Ernal and opened a bike shop, bringing his family from Johto.
Your father had some amazing "fateful encounters" with some young Pokemon Trainers. The first one, back to the days when he was in Kanto, he met a young trainer who trade a Bike Voucher with a bicycle. That young trainer turned out to be the Champion in the making, challenging Gyms and finally became the best trainer in Kanto. Not to mention that he – the young trainer – made Giovanni disband Team Rocket.
The second one was when he opened his new shop in Goldenrod. He just could not get as much customer as he used to, because his bike shop in Goldenrod was difficult to find and not many people knew about the bike shop. One day, again a young trainer came to his bike shop. Because your father could not go out as often as a trainer, he decided to lend the trainer so that people knew that a new bike shop was open. That young trainer, again, turned out to be the Pokemon Champion, not only challenging Johto league, but also beating up Kanto league afterwards.
Inspired by those young but spectacular trainer, your father allowed you to travel the new region. Because, your father was like, why not? Your new neighbor, a professor who had a daughter of your age, was your father's old friend and would be happy to help you by giving you your first Pokemon as a starter.
Along the journey, you met a girl named Tere, who likes Poison-type Pokemon as much as she loves Pokemon myths. She was attacked by a trainer who used some Psychic-type Pokemon. Tere, who had type disadvantage, needed your help badly. What does the attacker, later known as a member of Team Esper, want from Tere?

Feature
Spoiler:
- A father (yes, it's a feature)
- Physical/Special Split from generation IV
-Extended Pokemon up to 650 (Gen I-V) I will use gen I-IV
- New moves from gen IV-VI
- Fairy types
- New evolution types and method
- Regional Pokedex is extended to 255
- New TM list
- New Move tutor list
- Unlimited TM and Move Tutor usage (… I think)
- New pallete (I'll stick with RSE tileset, just change some pallete)
- Some Pokemon typings, abilities and BST are adjusted (most notable one is Golduck become Water/Psychic, as it is one of the starters)
- Edited type chart
- Increased level curves
- Herd-leader Pokemon. (which mean in every route there will be some relatively high-leveled Pokemon. For example, in route 001 that is fulfilled with low-leveled Ratatta, sometimes you will find a level 20ish Raticate.)
- I will add more later
