3rd Gen Pokémon FR/LG Monotype Challenge

Started LG.
Choose Female and named self Marina
Named Rival 'A Mess'
Choose Squirtle.
Beat Rival.
Did all stuff before getting Pokedex.
Trained in Viridian Forest.
Beat all Pokemon in Pewter Gym with Squirtles Water Gun.

Battled trainers on Route 3.
Squirtle Evolved.
Bought Magikarp.
Defeated Rocket Members in Mt Moon, whilst training Magikarp.
Got Dome Fossil.
Taught Wartortle Mega Punch.

Beat both Trainers in Cerulean Gym, lost to Misty.
Rematch, Wartortle managed the win.
Battled Rival, lost first and second time.
Finally beat him, leveling up Magikarp in the process.
Did Nugget Bridge, Magikarp learned Tackle.

To Do:

Evolve Magikarp.
Meet Bill.
Do the stuff on the SS Anne.
Beat LT Surge (Oh No)

Ok, here is my big update, 2 hour delay from school, go ice! lol (Ohio area)

-Trained AAR (Rattata) to level 13, got hyper fang.
-Used one tail whip and a couple of hyper fangs to kill geodude
-Switched in Pidgey, got in a sand attack, then pidgey faints.
-2 tail whips, potion, 4 hyper fangs for the win. (onix missed a couple of tackles)
-Obtained Pewter's badge.
-Defeat the trainers on the way to Mt. Moon
-Got through Mt. Moon
-Beat Rival Fagwipe
-Completed nugget bridge

Update on my Bug Team:

-Grinded way upto level 10.

-Butterfree & Beedrill defeated Brock after a little more grinding to level 13.

-Ran over and defeated all trainers on the Route that leads to Mt. Moon.

-Made my way through Mt. Moon, chosen Helix fossil which i won't be using.

-Ran to Cerulean City and then defeated Rival, and all the trainers on Nugget Bridge.

-Trained my way upto level 16 on both.

-Helped Bill, received SS. Ticket.

-Defeated Misty with moderate ease.

-Made my way down to Vermillion, battling all of the trainers as i went along.

-Arrived at Vermillion City with my team around level 19-20.

-Got VS. Seeker from woman and began to rebattle trainers around Route 6.
 
(Jonas) started with squirtle, beat rival.

caught mankey (lvl 3) and got it up to lvl 8.

skipped the forest and wrecked brock via low kicks.

taught mankey rock tomb, beat the bug catchers i skipped.

got mankey to lvl 16 with trainers leading to mount. moon.

ended mount. moon @ lvl 21

evolved @ lvl 28 (PRIMEAPE!!!)

got the ticket from Bill.

beat misty with my hardcore moves.

left cerulean at lvl 30.

caught a meowth slave (lvl 16)

beat rival again, got cut

beat surge (@ lvl 37)

Current team:
Primeape - lvl 37
Meowth - lvl1 16 (cut)

Awesome.

Could you possibly make this officially over once someone has defeated E4 twice? It really doesn't take that long and adds more to the challenge.

All right-Rival Douche's Charizard is utterly destroying my team. Offhand, does anyone remember the location of the Rock Slide Move Tutor (please don't say Sevii Islands...). I'll bet my Nidoking can whip him with that move.

Not so sure on the rock slide, but try using thunderbolt or shock wave or something if any of your pokemon are able to learn it. Or just use pure force idk.

Yeah, Nidoqueen has Surf, but at only Level 46, Char has 7 levels on it...time to go grind.

Charizard has 4 levels on the King, otherwise my king could win no problem.

Its stuff like this that makes you wish for a Gyarados...

I looked up the location of the Rock Slide Tutor...in the middle of Rock Tunnel. Who the hell waits in there?? Whatever. I should probably level up my stuff anyways, but I'll pick it up.

FR Monotype Flying Challenge- Day One
​
. Started the game. I picked for myself to be a girl named Avatar. My rival is named Zhao.
. I picked Charmander as my starter, so, of course, my rival picked Squirtle. I defeated him in the first battle by a landslide.
.After delivering the package and blah blah blah, I caught a female level 3 pidgey.
. Trained a lot in the Viridian Woods.
. Defeated the Gym trainer in Pewter.
. Challenged Brock with only a charmander and pidgey. Managed to squeak by him with Charmander's combination of growl, metal claw, and a ton of potions.

That's it.
