Amazing Romhack. 100% it and only complaints are just a few minor complaints on some movepools:
-Some Pokemon can not learn the TMs of moves they learn via level-up like Madame and Fury Cutter and Suicune and Psychic
-Some Pokemon can learn the Stonger versions of some moves but not the weaker versions. Like Grotess and Bomsheal can learn Blizzard and Fire Blast via TM, respectively but not Ice Beam and Flamethrower via the Boardwalk Game Corner Tutor
-Bellossom, despite retaining its poison typing, does not learn the Sludge Bomb TM like Oddish and Gloom do, much like in the final version of Gen II where Bellossom loses the Poison Typing
-The Ice/Water Delibird cannot actually learn any Water moves outside of Rain Dance. Instead, it can learn more Flying-type moves than the real Delibird in Gen II who actually IS part Flying.
