Pokémon Helio Version: The Emort Region

Quick Tidbit of info before I start: The 'Emort Region' project was started from scratch on Pokemon Fan Universe forums, which has subsequently closed down. I was left with a void that needed to be filled. Almost as if I had started something that I HAD to finish. So I brought Emort here after nearly 3 months of inactivity. And there you have it, the life story of Emort.

Now, for an introduction. Hello, I'm Starrmyt, founder and runner of the Emort Region project. The ultimate goal is to create this into a video game via ROM hack; HOWEVER, that is not why I brought Emort here. I brought Emort here for ideas, sprites and more ideas from a new array of people on the internet.

Quick Plot Summary (Deeper than most pokemon games)

Professor Palm meets you and explains to you the basics of the story, and the Emort Region, as well as things that a professor would tell you in the beginning of a pokémon game
.
You live in Oriole town, and you and your rival have been 'friends' forever.

Your rival (female default) has a confrentation with Lieutenant Smith, who asks her to join team Solar, a team bent on speeding up global warming to teach man-kind a lesson.

You and your rival meet with Professor Palm, who offers you a choice of pokemon. The rival picks Koffing, you pick whatever.

You head up to Whimbrel Town (second town) where the gym is closed and you don't know what to do.

Heading to the market, you are given a package to give to Professor Palm.

Giving the package to Palm, you receive a pokedex. Palm tells you of Gym Leaders.

Heading back to Silion town, the gym (normal type) is still closed. Lewis (a lapras sailor, who can get you a ride to the next town) tells you you need a gym badge to get a ride, whereupon Warren (gym leader) sees you and reopens the gym.

You battle and beat Warren.

You are approached by Team Solar, who offer you a good position. You reject their offer. (No, you can't take their offer, silly)

You battle your rival over who gets Lewis' first ride. Your rival bribes Lewis.

You meet Evan [the Elite 4 champion (shhh...)], who gives you tips and a discount on Lewis'.

You sail to the mainland.

You progress through the second town with no interference, beating the gym leader easily.

In the town of the third gym, a man is mugged and a warning is left for you to not interfere with Team Solar.

In the town of the fourth gym, your rival kidnaps the gym leader. You fight her, and she flees.

Working with Police Chief Chen, you interrogate a private and discover the location of Team Solar's operation's base.

You head into the base, and discover Smith and the Rival betraying Team Solar for their own gain.

You stop Smith and the Rival and rescue the fourth gym leader.

Chen rewards you. (Money...maybe Exp. Share...i dunno)

You pass through the town of the fifth gym with no interference.

In the town of the sixth gym, you are rewarded with a masterball.

Outside the town of the seventh gym, a pokemon is discovered dead. Next to it is a death threat directed at you. (from Team Solar, but not signed)

In the Safari, you are shot at, but the assassin misses. (How that'll be portrayed in a game...who knows...)

Outside the eighth town, the Rival informs you of Team Solar's moon base.

You beat the eighth gym leader, and he rewards you by chartering a rocket to the moon.

You invade the moon base working with the rival and defeat Smith and Jones.

You fight Julian. Julian's pokemon abandon him on Rayquaza's* orders and he commits suicide.

You are rewarded by Chen.
