I'll do the Golden Boys volume 1, and PiPiPi chapters 1 to 6 without including 5. Give me some time with this.

You've left a ton of comics out too. There's Surf's Up Pikachu, and Pikachu Shocks back for that list.

Sure! BTW, you don't have to put summaries for all chapters, just a synopsis. (EG. This Manga is about a boy named Gold that takes his first Pokemon and starts his adventure!) ;)

*wants to get digital versions of Electric Tale of Pikachu*

I have the actual books of this miniseries, and love it.

There's more... like the 4-panel Pokemon manga which gets released everytime a new Pokemon game comes out...

Or the really old Pokemon Comic Anthologies which came out in 98 which was published by Enix.

    Right. Will do that ..

Anthologies? I've never heard of that. Can you elaborate a bit Kohei?

You mean the Pokemon Komas? Yup I heard of that. BTW I know way more titles I'm just to lazy to put them on the list lol :P Anyway, will anybody put any list like the one I have for special?

Yes YEES YES! Exactly this! The one drawn by many, many different mangakas (all in 4-koma form) that was released by Enix!

I heard it was popular back then for it's "doujin-ish" feel. Too bad it's out of print...

    In French :
Alternative title for Pokémon Spécial : Pokémon - La Grande Aventure.
Alternative title for PiPiPi Adventures : Pokémon - Pikachu Adventure
And for Pokemon : Electric Tale of Pikachu (if this manga is the one with a guy named Shu who can speak with his Pikachu) the title is Pokémon - Attrapez-les tous !

Thanks Doc! You're information are helpfull. I finished a full review of Pokemon Special. Next I'm gonna review Pokemon Elctric Tails of Pikachu probably. Any help is accepted.

This forum is for discussing the Japanese Pokemon Comics, known as Manga. And ya'll might want to check this page, and Ash, you might want to use the information there. X3

I can't really help with Manga info like this, sorry. But you're missing out a few Mangas.

Pocket Monsters Chamo Chamo Pretty (See-call to Pocket Monsters PiPiPi Adventures)
    Pocket Monsters
Pocket Monsters Ruby-Sapphire (See-call to Pocket Monsters)
Pocket Monsters Emerald Challenge!! Battle Frontier
Pokemon Getto De Ze! [Translates roughly to "GET the Pokemon!".]
Satoshi To Pikachu ["To" meaning "And" in Japanese, not "To", as in... Love? XD]
Pokemon Card Ni Natta Wake [Translates roughly to "How I Became A Pokemon Card"]

There's more info on these comics on this Site:

Thanks trynks and nicoleb for you information. I also think that GETTO Da Ze is the Japanese version for Gotta Catch 'em All

    No prob.

And, yeah, it sort of is. It's their trade-mark thingie... But "GETTO" is the Romajized version of "get". "De" is, like... "*With something*", I think. And "ze" is to add exclamation to the sentence. So it would translate to "GET the Pokemon!."

Ah, I have a copy of Zensho in Chinese, so I thought I'd try and help...

Plot Summary: Manga based on the video game. Ten year old Ash starts out from Pallet Town on a pokemon journey with the Charmander that saved his life. This pretty much follows the red/blue games.

    Number of Sagas/Volumes/Chapters
    1 saga/1 volume/9 chapters

    Alternative Titles
In Chinese, it means 'Pokemon Encyclopedia'

(I am sorry if this is not very informative. The manga is published in Japan by Shogakukan Inc. and in China by the Chinese branch of VIZ. And I'm not completely sure if the main character's name is really Ash, or if it's Red like Pokemon Special)
