Nah, Ash can't be the fourth Elite Four member, he has to be the Champion D:
Ash can't be degraded down to that Level D:

the hack is good and i like the trainer and his mini but you sould change the palets and some tiles. I love very much the ice city and the event of brock

I just put it in there for fun and it would be out of place with a museum and as the city is called GLACIER CITY it deserves a ICE RINK for the townspeople to use!
