Who am I? What kind of hack is this?

My name is Dark Swellow, and this is my first hack posted on The Pokécommunity, I'm trying to complete this, with some interesting features. I hope you enjoy!

Teh plot

As for ages, Pokémon and humans lived in peace, surrounded by nature. But mother earth wasn't happy, she let the water mass grow. And destroyed villages and living creatures. The rumor is that Team Aqua is doing evil stuff again, this rumor is true. The world is in great danger, because Team Aqua has failed before. What will happen?

This was the newsflash you heard, you grabbed your bag and went off, looking for Prof. Birch, to get a Pokémon, and you will be trying to save the world!

I think you should perhaps extend the 'Features' a bit, eg: What Pokemon? New Gym Leaders?

Also the screenshots of the Hero on the water-walk-way thing look a bit empty, the walkway has too much empty space.

I will add your suggestions to the storyline, but I'm not going to add Fakemon to this hack!

I will fix the water-walk-way thing (:P), by placing some people there.

This looks very interesting, I'm looking forward to seeing it develop more.
Might I suggest just doing away with the walkway thing and making it land? Since everything is flooded, it makes sense that some higher ground pokes up (with trees, grass, and everything ~ WindWaker style lol.)

The new screenshots, in wich a Rocket grunt gives you a Beldum! Why? Team Rocket is your friend, their enemy is (also) Team Aqua.

You can't see the POKéMON menu, but you do receive a BELDUM. I'll see if I can fix it, but it's not a major problem.

It's a nice ROM-base, so why not use it? :)

There are 2 rocks on the way to the next city, in Diglett's tunnel. (Name will be changed)

I thought, it is unrealistic that he can't climb or jump over rocks like that, so I made a script, in wich you jump over it. :)
