throw in empoleon, surf is needed and putting it on a physical attacker is stupid.

That's right, we need surf and strength mon. I guess maybe toxicroak can learn it, but it'd be a waste of a good mon tbh unless I give it poison jab.

Floatzel and Empoleon are two great choices, but Floatzel is a LOT faster. I think Floatzel will be the good choice here, since taking starters' sides isn't all that cool.
 
only suggested emp specifically due to the steel sub-type for use against giratina luke is too frail for that purpose.

It does have dragon pulse if I'm not mistaken, and dragon claw. I forget if Lucario is a better attacker or special attacker, or maybe it's even in both, but you can use something and still have resistance.
 
luke is 110 Atk, 115 SAtk base, so special marginally.

the thing is the 70 HP, 70 Def, 70 SDef is even lower than it sounds, trust one who knows.

Hmm, anyone with another suggestion with ice/dragon moves? Froslass has horrible defense iirc
 
Not sure about a dragon type other than Garchomp, but there is always Weavile for the ice type!

I think Weavile makes sense due to being fast, having ice advantage and dark advantage. So Drapion, Ambipom, Toxicroak, Weavile, Floatzel, and Garchomp.
Sounds like a stable team to take on Cyrus in the distortion world + Giratina. Would you guys like to catch it (though it's a demo and nothing will happen after that) or should I just include a few healing items and no balls?
 
I'd love to catch the Bad@$$ Giratina! Serves Cyrus right for enraging it. But yeah... Please let us catch it. Or even give us a challenge and give us ONLY NORMAL Poke Balls!!!

yeah... I am Cyrus... But even the real life me would know not to pi$$ off something like that... Or even Dialga or Palkia, for that matter. Arceus would kill me :O
I just thought of something... Lucario can also learn Ice Punch through move tutor.

Features as in characters and champions, PWT is almost done, stuff like that. The story is more Dialga Palkia based rather than the famed Giratina. And Regigigas needs a spotlight too ;D
