Suggestion: Pokémon Questions Forum

As you've probably seen, many people have been asking questions about pokémon games and hacks in this questions forum.

I think that it would be a good idea to create a forum called 'Pokémon Questions' in the Pokémon General forum. Hack questions wouldn't be allowed, but if you have a question like, 'where do I catch _______ in Pokémon _______?' or 'Do you think I should keep this _______ in my team?' could go in the Pokémon questions forum.

This could have questions about teams, but I'd assume that they should be in the Battle Center area.

We already have threads for those in Pokémon Gaming Central and Battle Center, respectively. If people want to ask in-game or battling questions, they could simply head there and post. d: Those don't easily get noticed, though, so I definitely think it'd be a good idea if they were linked in either our forum description or splash of CQ&F (maybe both?).

I'll also note that for questions specific to a game or generation, a Help or Question thread sticky also exists in sections for those (e.g. X&Y section has one, as does 4th gen discussion, etc). So a forum section just for questions doesn't quite work when we have that in place already, and they're not quite active enough to have an entire section for them, imo (and people will still ask in the wrong places anyway =p).
