Right so here is the idea I'm going to post a riddle you guys answer it then the person who answered it posts their own Riddle and so on and so forth.
Okay first Riddle:
Through Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald too
We are both polar opposites
but the original two
We are both very diffident
But used quite the same
By two little girls
Who can look into your brain.

I think it is Solrock and Lunatone (Hope I spelt that correct...)
Here is why:

They are in the shape of the sun and moon
but the original two
Solgaleo and Lunala are also polar opposites
We are both very diffident
They are the sun and the moon
But used quite the same
Both used by the gym leaders in Mossdeep
By two little girls
The gym leaders are two girls
Who can look into your brain.
The gym leaders have psychic powers(?)

Here is my riddle:
I can be seen in blue or yellow but never in red.
I will really wrack your head.
My type is very puzzling as it is different from what is read.
