I was searching for a program that generates passwords in Pokémon Rumble Blast, and I came with this.

If we don't allow these types of generators for other games that use them such as PMD, then I don't see how Rumble should get any special treatment. Sorry. You can ask if there's a program for that in the Q&A thread though.
