Someone knows how to do this sidequest? He gives some kind of password, but I have yet to find a place where I need to use it.

There are still some items in the factory I couldn't get. They appear to be behind smashable rocks, but rock smash doesn't work, so is that a bug or or you need some kind of new HM to melt them instead?

Is it possible to open the door with the alternate Nion combination in the powerplant?

I don't know if you meant to put the Rock Tomb TM twice or is it a bug?

1. Not yet.
2. Yes, this is a bug. I forgot to check for the one already in Pitch Cave. I will replace it in the next update and allow for a replacement TM if you got two.

The ice isn't meant to be rock smashed. It will be cleaned up at some point later in the story.

Fly is not working correctly:
*Flying to Kalahari, Sahara or Lildune takes you to a black area with tiles that are probably on the side of the map. You can move and enter new areas, but I can't tell where I am and it stays bugged until I fly again
*Cannot Fly to Mojave, Kalahari and Patagon
*Flying to Taldune takes you next to the lab instead of the Poké Canter
*Flying to Gobi village Works perfectly

I'm "stuck" in Kalahari Mine after beating the gym and 2 Anonymous Members, I really don't know what to do

You just need to enter the mine where they were standing. They smashed the rocks blocking the northern path and through there you can go and beat up the rest of their team

Correcting, actually I did that (I just forgot about the 2 that were blocking the entrance), but I only found 2 grunts inside the mine, that is the part that I'm stuck

Then you have reached the 3rd room right? The one with 3 entrances. There is a puzzle inside that you need to solve. Jumping into a wagon would take you to the other side of the room, which is often a dead end, but setting the switches correctly would take you to the last room

There are a lot of smashable rocks in the region. Route 8 and route 9 is where you could continue the story, but the mines worth exploring, too. I actually had a problem with having to decide between so many things to do

So I am kinda confused here...

What am I supposed to do after beating the second gym? Am I supposed to go to Route 12 to continue the story or what?

You cannot pass through that. There Will be even more of those later on, but be aware that one of them can be passed.
