I believe it's against the rules to link to nothing but a splash page with no content except forums.

Also, the site doesn't really look all that good. The main site is too blocky, and the forums have a horrible shade of blue. I'm sure you could do a little better.

It is against the rules. The site has nothing but a "news" page and a link to a forum. Therefore making it nothing more than a forum portal.
