BIC: i'Aisha sighed, she was no longer afraid of being alone in the darkness of this cave as she had her best friend, Ninetales, by her side to comfort her, she warmed her body by hugging her Ninetales and smiling sweetly, but on her mind was Michael's safety, "Seel. Come out." She said weakly, Seel appeared in a flash of light and began to clap his hands in approval, i'Aisha raised her eyebrows in confusment, then giggled. His stupidity lightened the atmosphere.

Meanwhile i'Aisha glanced down the cave to a flash of white light, she began to race towards it, is it the sun shining through via a way out? Or is it Michael? She raced as fast as her legs would take her as Seel used Water Sport to dampen the ground to help him slide, Ninetales ran ahead protectively, the light then vanished and i'Aisha stopped, "Ninetales, wait!" She shouted.

Michael glanced to Ninetales, "i'Aisha?" He asked happily, "i'Aisha it's me!" He shouted down to her, she ran towards him and flung her arms over his cousins shoulders, "I'm so sorry." He said sweetly, "We need to run though, this place is crawling with Pokémon!"

Sapphire and Malex snapped their heads round as they heard someone follow them. A female. She shouted out to them and Sapphire raised and eyebrow as she questioned who they were. Light walked in front of Sapphire and used it's tail to light up the girl's figure. Once laid eyes on her he immediately jumped in front of her and bowed down to his knee. He grabbed his hat and brought it into his chest while holding out a hand grabbing the girl's hand. He closed his eyes and took in a deep breath of the cold air and smiled charmingly. He opened his eyes and his red contacts glowed more gentle than they normally did, as if to calm down when he was.

"Alas! Fair Maiden! You have came to your knight in shining armor! I'll take care of you from this moment on! I a-" Malex was cut off by Sapphire whacking him around the head. Her cheeks a rosy read with a reluctant blush of jealousy. She gritted her teeth and Malex rose to his feet rubbing the back of his head before placing the hat back on. He looked at Sapphire confused about her actions.

"That idiot is Malex." Sapphire scoffed, in disbelief of his flirting. "You have a girl you like idiot, don't have a romance right now! What would drive you back to Kanto?!" Sapphire screeched, even though she didn't even like this 'Summer' mystery girl. Malex frowned and looked at the girl who was their.

He bowed his head as if to say sorry. "Yes my name is Malex. I'm a student from your school but I was never in your class." He stated, trying to remain calm even though his head had been chilled from when he removed the hat. Sapphire was getting used to the cold, but her breath was weak and her movements were stiff while her skin was becoming paler. The cold was getting to her but she kept a brave face.

"I however have shared a class with you... You're name is Natasha right?" Sapphire had searched her memory for the name. She was certain it was correct, but she wasn't entirely sure. Erk the Vaporeon stepped forward and sniffed the new arrival. She nodded her head to the name and Malex didn't give her another chance to speak.

"Oh~ You have come to cheer me up haven't you dear Natasha! You pale moon skin~ Your gorgeous light brown hair guarding the dazzling gaze of your-" Malex went up to her face to catch a glimpse of her eyes before falling to one knee... again. "-gorgeous hazed eyes. They glisten so delightfully in this dim light!"

"MALEX!" Erk suddenly slapped him around the head with his tail following Sapphire's request. "You're going to scare her for goodness sake! Stop it!" Sapphire pouted and whispered to herself. "Why's he never said anything like that to me?"

i'Aisha kept her arms over Michael and sighed with relief. She thought she hated him, but when he ran off into the darkness. She realised how important her family meant to her. All her life she had tried not to get to attached to anything, after the death of her father, she even pushed her mother out of her life, locking herself in her bedroom with her Vulpix, well Ninetales now, but Vulpix at the time she was in Kanto, she was afraid to get attached to anything, because she thought that it would only end in tears. But now she knew that not everything had to end horribly. And that her father worked for Team Rocket, causing the eventually premature death. And that this would not happen to her mother or Michael, so she did not have to worry, to hug her cousin made her body feel warm, she smiled sweetly and tears rolled down her cheeks, she then screamed as her bag began to shake, "What the hell is in my bag?" She shouted, titling to the left so it would fall off her shoulder. As it hit the floor, peices of a cracked egg rolled onto the cold ground, followed by a transparent liquid. i'Aisha shuddered, had she just cracked the egg the man entrusted her with?

There was a moments silence, then out of her bag hopped a small, innocent brown bird. It turned to i'Aisha and chirped merrily, hopping towards her, falling over as it tried to balance in the outside world, i'Aisha picked the young bird up and Ninetales walked over to it, trying to get used to its scent, "You're beautiful..." i'Aisha said smiling, the Pidgey snuggled into her and i'Aisha wiped the tears from her cheeks, Seel, Pikachu and Squirtle watched amazed, "I'll call you Hedwig." She said calmly.

In what seemed to be a second of peace, thick black smoke began to form around them, i'Aisha panicked, rushing in her backpack for a blanket to cover Hedwig in, she then held her tightly in her arms.

Michael stepped forward, "Oh no, if the Volcano erupts. We are directly beneith it. And lost, what are we going to do?" Michael said frightened, but his fears were relieved as a Cyndaquil ran out of the smoke, it was using Smokescreen, attempting to escape from a Pokémon that they could not yet see, it leapt into Michael's arms, causing Pikachu and Squirtle to crawl up to his shoulders, "Woah? What's up?" Michael said to the trembling creature, who was whimpering.

Then out of the smoke stepped out a large Magmar, it looked blood thirsty, yet quite excited, it stared at Cyndaquil who snuggled into Michael's chest to avoid eye contact with the creauture, it then launched itself at Michael who dived out the way, Pikachu and Squirtle then fell to the ground, "Right!" i'Aisha screamed to the creature, "No more running away, there is nowhere to run anyway. This is a wild battle, there are no rules, so if we all fight him, we have more chance of surviving then running into a dead end. Come on, we have to work together on this."

Michael gulped, he didn't want to risk the safety of himself and his Pokémon, but he knew this was neccesery.

[PokeCommunity.com] Pokémon - The Echo Of An Island.

Magmar
Type: Fire
Level: 15
Moves: Smog - Leer - Ember - Smoke Screen.

Magmar laughed hysterically, before using Ember vicously in an attempt to burn Michael and the Pokémon he was protecting, Squirtle bravely jumped to his owners defence, Magma seemed to fill with rage, the burning and crackling flames on his body growing ever more intimidating, he watched, as if waiting for Michael to make the first move, "Right!" Michael said, pointing at Magmar, "Seel use Water Sport!"

Seel nodded and sprayed water at the burning Magmar to laughed at this, Water Sport was not a move that could hurt a Pokémon, however it was more of a tactical move, something that the excited Magmar did not know about, the water almost extinguished his flames, but Magmar grinned as the flames grew once more, the water evapourating, "Now, Squirtle! Bubble!" Michael ordered, Squirtle leapt into the air, before sending thousands of bubbles towards the unexpecting Magmar who attempted to dodge them but failed, a harsh hissing noise was heard as the bubbles hit his fiery skin.

Magmar began to fill the air with thick purple smog, Michael began to choke on the fumes, i'Aisha took part of the blanket from Pidgey and covered her mouth, pointing at the creature, before she could say anything it spat flames at Squirtle who screamed with pain, fire was not his weak point, but this creature was much stronger, "Ninetales, Confuse Ray! Seel, Headbutt!" i'Aisha ordered, Ninetales glanced into Magmar's eyes, he seemed hypnotised and stepped back, in time to get smacked into the sharp wall by Seel, it roared in pain and swung its fist, punching Seel, sending him flying into the opposite wall, Seel roared, unable to move, i'Aisha raised her Pokéball, "Seel, return! Ninetales, quick attack!"

As Ninetales raced towards the confused Magmar, the Smog wore off, Michael glanced at the creature as Ninetales slammed it back into the wall, "Squirtle, quick! Bubble! Then Pikachu, use Thunder Shock!" They nodded, Squirtle sent thousands of Bubbles at the weak Magmar, who yelped in pain, before the water could evapourate, Pikachu generated his electricity, shooting Thunder Shocks at the creature, due to the water, it hurt him even more, he roared in anger, the flames on his body now weak, the flame on his tail, barely visable, "Ninetales, Quick Attack! Squirtle, Bubble! Pikachu, Thunder Shock! And Cyndaquil, I know you don't know me, but it seems like you trust me, and if you trust me, you need to do this, use Leer, look him right in the eyes, he can't hurt you."

Cyndaquil reluctantly turned his head to the intimidating creature, who was now weak, it focused fully on Cyndaquil, and began to approach him grinning, when from his left, Ninetales raced into him, slamming him into a sharp wall, Squirle then use a devastating amount off Bubbles to extinguish what was left of his flames, and Pikachu finished, by Thunder Shocking the unexpecting creature, it stumbled forward, before falling to the floor, it looked lifeless, it was lifeless. i'Aisha grinned, she usually would have left cruel, but this creature was going to kill her Pokémon, she had to do what they did, she hugged Michael, and the Pokémon cheered merrily.

At first Natasha felt happy that the two had noticed her, since then they could help her out with getting out of this cave. But then the boy, who's name she later learned was Malex, jumped in front of her, took her hand and started to say the most ridiculous things to her. Then they introduced each other and, indeed, she did recognize Sapphire when she actually took in her features, but the Malex guy she had never met before. Of course, it was after the introduction that things really started to get weird for the girl. The Malex once again started to talk strangly and complimenting her looks. Natasha's whole face blushed when he continued. But then the blush increased ten fold when he went on his knees and said how good her eyes looked. Indeed, as Sapphire said, she was very scared by the time the Vaporeon hit him.

"Um...hi..." Natasha said meakly.

"Flare..." Helen said.

"Uh...anyways...yes, my name is Natasha, and the Flareon is Helen," the girl said, shifting from one foot to another. It didn't really help matters that she heard some students behind her giggling at the scene. "It's...nice to meet you two. Thank you...Malex, for the compliments they were....nice..."

"Flareon falre..." Helen muttered, then looked over to Sapphire and noticed her very pale skin.

The Flareon jumped out of her trainer's arms and trotted over to the girl. She then tried to jump up to the girl and cuddle up to her in order to share her warmth. Natasha smiled at her Pokemon's action, but then started to shiver as the cold settled into her bones. She rubbed her arms in an attempt to get some warmth back into her.

Trent stood watching in confusion as two cousins argued with each other over the fate of a couple other people. Not sure whether he should jump in or not he observed as the two delivered rather harsh words to one another. Seeming to be very upset Michael took off into the cave alone, seeming to not care about anyone's well being at all. i'Aisha took off after the boy probably experiencing many different emotions. Trent was now completely shocked, they hadn't been in the cave for even five minutes and their formed group was separating. It wasn't long before several more kids entered the cave each of them moving forward without much hesitation. As more of the group started to move forward Trent believed he couldn't wait either and should move along as well.

Horsea in his arms Trent made his way through the darkness of the cave. It wasn't as bad as the smog as even though it was dark the objects around her were partially visible. His Horsea was still in his arms. The pokemon just sat silently as each step he boy took echoed quietly through the cave. The main reason he kept this pokemon in particular out was because he felt that this cave most likely had rock, ground and fire types in it. As the white haired teen continued down the path he felt that he was stepping on something odd. Each time he placed his foot it made an awkward crunching sound. Puzzled, the boy slowed his pace before he lost his footing on a loose rock and tripped. "Are you okay?" the boy asked his pokemon, both of them slightly bruised from the fall.

Before Patty had time to respond the ground shook slightly. "GEODUDE!" roared a pokemon from behind him. "Crap." Trent hurried to pick himself up from the ground. He scanned the ground in the direction the voice had come from. In the darkness he made out a small pokemon with two arms. He knew it was a geodude from its call earlier, but the echo made it sound bigger than it actually was. From the looks of it the rock type was looking for something on the ground below it.

"Quick Patty, use bubble!" The horse hopped forward and shot a little over a dozen bubbles into the darkness. The attack however was nowhere near the pokemon making it a complete failure. Trent still trying to keep a lock on the pokemon by squinting noticed that it was holding something fairly large jagged object. "Patty get out of the way!" screamed the trainer. the water pokemon looked over toward him in confusion, only to be hit with a rock roughly the size Geodude itself. Patty fell to the ground after the blow, the rock landing several feet behind her. Trent scowled; he knew his pokemon probably was probably okay though it did take a heavy blow to the head. He reached into his pocket and pulled out his Bulbasaur's pokeball.

"Buddy it's up to you for now, Go!" Trent threw the pokeball near where the Horsea lay struggling to push itself up. "Buddy listen out for movements and when you get the chance use a tackle attack in that direction." The pokemon nodded in agreement, shutting its eyes for better concentration. The geodude then hovered over a couple pacing and started to look for another boulder. Bulbasaur listened intently as it heard the rock type sift through the dirt and took off full speed in that direction. The grass type threw its body into the rock, only knocking it back several inches. The impact seemed to have hurt the Bulbasaur more than its foe, as the geodude was still fishing in the dirt for a rock. Quickly Trent started to think up a plan for this losing situation.

"Buddy stay close to that geodude and try your best not to get hit. "Bulba." The pokemon replied inching over toward the target that was now pulling out a rock from the ground. "Buddy take two steps to the right then jump dodge left" The Bulbasaur did as it was told without question. On its second step it had crushed a bone making a loud cracking noise. The geodude hearing the sound turned and chucked the boulder. The rock crashed into the wall crumbling on impact. Trent chuckled, he was right. The Geodude couldn't see very well in this dark cave either. It had been attacking based on the sounds it was hearing. Now all that was left was for him to complete his plan. "Buddy keep up the fighting tactic."

The Bulbasaur continued its simple evasive tactic dodging a barrage of tackles and rocks. Most of these attacks landing against walls or stalagmites. While this was going on Trent searched the ground for his Horsea trying not to make too much noise. As he crawled on the floor searching, the shacking from the battle roared in the background. Trent was sure that Bulbasaur was beginning to run sort on energy. The same could probably be said for the geodude who should have taken a bit of self inflicted damage. After another moment or two of searching, Trent found his Horsea. It was cowering silently on the ground. When he picked the pokemon up he noticed that the cave was eerily quiet. He looked around to see the aftermath of the fight. The only thing he could see was a rather shiny rock that seemed to standing over something. He realized his Bulbasaur had taken a lot of damage most likely getting hit with a tackle against the wall by the Geodude that had used rock polish.

"Hey dumb rock, over here!" exclaimed Trent trying to entice the pokemon into attacking him. The pokemon looked over toward the trainer, stopping its victory dance. The geodude took off full speed in the direction of the trainer prepping for a tackle attack. "Patty now bubble attack." Trent commanded holding out the pokemon in the direction of the shiny rock type. The Horsea took a deep breath and exhaled dozens of bubbles. The bubbles collided with the Geodude each one slowing it down as it was the water from the bubbles weakened it. After a second round of bubbles from the Horsea the Geodude fell to the ground completely, the water dripping from its body forming a tiny pool of water under it.

Not caring if the rock type was defeated or not Trent made his way over to his Bulbasaur that was using a stalagmite to stand. "Bulba, Bulb." whimpered the pokemon wincing in pain from the touch of its trainer. Trent who was feeling his pokemon for any open wounds was glad to find that the damage done to it wasn't too serious, nothing a potion couldn't fix anyway. He then shuffled through his pockets and pulled out Bulbasaur's pokeball, recalling it for a good nap.

Horsea Grew To Level 9
Horsea Learnt: Leer.

Michael hugged the poor Cyndaquil and smiled as it stopped shaking, "I suppose...I should ask, would you like to travel with us? This cave is not a good place for a little Pokémon like you...Unless you have a family." Michael asked.

i'Aisha watched and smiled sweetly as she held her Pidgey in her arms, Cyndaquil then pointed to the ground far off. The Smoke Screen had faded and he could now see further, he flinched as he saw a female Tysphlosion which appeared to be lifeless, on the ground, "Magmar! That bastard!" She screamed, staring at his body, she then approached the Typhlosion who opened her eyes, i'Aisha stepped back in fear, she then leant down next to it and titled her head, "...Hello?" She said calmly, the Typhlosion smiled at her young son, who was cuddling up to Michael, she signalled with her paw to take him away, i'Aisha stared at her curiously, "What about you? Will you lay here and die? I can't let that happen. Drink this..." She said, rustling through her bag, the Typhlosion's eyes lit up, as i'Aisha let her drink the strange purple liquid. The Pokémon felt the strength return to her bones and sighed with relief. Before glancing back at Cyndaquil and smiling sweelty, she continued to push with her paw, signalling to keep him, "What? Why would you give your baby to us?"

The Tysphlosion glanced around at the various pools of blood on the floor from battles between various Pokémon and raised her teeth, i'Aisha looked around, she had goosebumps, "Oh..." She said quietly, "You want us to keep him safe? Is that it?" Typhlosion nodded, i'Aisha then petted her, "Will you be alright on your own?" She asked, it nodded again, and as Cyndaquil turned to look at his mother, she raised from the ground, and began to approach her child, they spoke in their language, and there were many tears between the mother and son, but in the end, Typhlosion began to walk into the shadows, not looking back, Cyndaquil began to scream, tears flowing down his cheeks, before snuggling into Michael's shirt.

Michael smiled at him, "It will be alright." He said sweetly, "Come on, you need to get some rest." He placed the Pokémon on the floor then unclipped a Pokéball from his belt.

i'Aisha raised her eyes, "Oh yeah." She said, placing Pidgey on the floor also, at the same time they threw their Pokéballs towards their Pokémon. In a flash of light, both Pokémon vanished, and they did not try to escape their Pokéballs, there was no struggle. Michael felt cruel, and then released Cyndaquil, now he had officially caught it. He then returned all of his other Pokémon to their Pokéballs, and i'Aisha returned Seel. They then both climbed on Ninetales, i'Aisha holding Pidgey in blankets, and Michael cradling his Cyndaquil.

After the battle was over the Rehoma released the houndour into the void darkness. The houndour panted as he was giving props to the meoweth that defeated him. The three of them talking among theirselves Rehoma finally felt at peace.

"Ok you guys, you want something to eat. The trainer then pulled some leftover berries from his backpack. The four friends began to eat the burnt berries happily. The houndour wimpered when the others ate and the two pokémon snuggled close to the trainer.

"Whats the matter umm....... what should I call you....... I got it I'll call you blaze. Ok whats the matter blaze you want to sit in my lap then come on over. You shouldn't feel left out just because you are new." Rahoma said to the fire pokémon. The houndour picked up his berry and trotted over to his masters lap wher he sat. Rehoma began to stroke blaze from his head to his tail over and over again. This was the first time Rehoma felt at peace since he got onto this island. Then meoweth began to pace back and forth not letting his gard down. The totodile began trying the attack Rehoma told him to do but failed to do it. He got the water in his mouth but coudn't shoot it out.

"Its ok jet, just relax you will get it when you really need it I promise." Rehoma said still stroking his new pokémon. As meoweth began to settle down He sat on Rehoma's shoulders messing through his hair. Jet sat down finishing his berry off quickly. After everyone was done Rehoma got up with meoweth still on his shoulders. Rehoma told blaze to have a fire in his mouth, but not to shoot it in case it hit a pokémon. Blaze did as so when a burst of light came rushing toward them. It was a ponyta moving past them at high speeds. Nothing makes something run that fast. Rehmoa thought as he watched the fire pokémon gallop by them. Rehoma told his pokémon to follow him as they ran the way the ponyta came from.

Trent continued through cave Horsea in its usual spot close to his chest. The visibility in the cave seemed to improve slightly, at least to the point that he could make out the features of rocks and such a foot away. This was an improvement from his last battle where he had to rely on his sense of sound. Only one thing seemed to really bother Trent in this part of the cave. The ground was littered with bones, most of which seemed to be skulls. It kind of freaked him out a little. Normally when he saw a skull someone was attempting to quote Shakespeare, this however was beyond freaky. Trying his best to ignore the creepy setting of the cave Trent pressed on through the cave. Each step either snapping or crushing a bone beneath his weight.

"I wonder how far in everyone got?" Trent asked his Horsea. "Horsea" cried the pokemon smiling merrily as if the boy had asked a child if they wanted candy. He still didn't really understand his Horsea much. It was clear that his Bulbasaur enjoyed battling but his Horsea just seemed awkward. It didn't really seem to excel in fighting, unless the situation really called for it. Not to mention that despite whatever happens to it, it always seems to be happy despite what it's been though. Captivated with his thoughts he failed to hear the noises in the direction he was headed. The noise sounded like a crying child, in particular the somewhat grieving type of cry. By the time it caught Trent's attention the crying the first thing that came to his mind were the other kids. Perhaps it was one of the students, crying from being hurt or what if someone was injured. Trent sped through the cavern toward the source of the whining. When he finally made it he stood in awe. It was no student, or a human for that matter, it was a pokemon. It was a small dinosaur creature wearing what looked like the skull of a horse on its head. In its right hand was what looked like the femur of a creature probably its size. The pokemon looked over toward the trainer and sniffled, tears till flowing down out of the skull that encased its head

"Cubone!" cried the pokemon, its voice still raspy from its weeping. The pokemon stood and raised its bone toward the boy, trying to be as intimidating as possible. Trent giggled a little at the pokemon's gesture and placed his Horsea on the ground facing the brown creature. The Cubone ran up to Horsea head lowered for its attack. Without a command Patty shot bubbles at the foe out of nervousness. The pokemon gave a slight look of pain in its eyes but continued to charge through the attack to the Horsea. Digging its feet into the dirt the Cubone's head made contact with the water type sending it careening into Trent's legs. The white haired trainer looked down at his pokemon. It looked like that was all she could take. The boy didn't want to use his Bulbasaur so soon after the last fight but at this moment it seemed that it would be the only choice. Trent quickly switched the pokemon, bringing Buddy out from his resting place.

The grass pokemon looked up at the trainer with a puzzled look. It was clear that the pokemon itself realized it wasn't in that great of a condition, especially to have to endure two consecutive fights. "Buddy trust me, after that last fight this one should be easy. You can even see your target this time." said the teen casually. The Bulbasaur let out a small sigh and walked forward into position. "Buddy use growl." The grass pokemon let out a small roar which only caused the Cubone flinch slightly. Seemingly offended by the attack the Cubone lowered its head in the same fashion as before and took off toward Bulbasaur. In Trent's mind all he could wonder was if Bulbasaur could do it. He really didn't know, especially since he wasn't sure what effect the last battle had on the creature.

Again with no command uttered Trent's pokemon acted on impulse the grass type attacked its opponent. It used its Vine Whip attack on the Cubone's legs causing it to fall flat on its face. As the wines retreated to under Bulbasaur's bulb, the grass type leaned forward as if aiming to shoot something from the bulb. "Bulba!" shouted the pokemon as a small seed flew from atop its back and landed on Cubone's back. The seed seemed to take root on the pokemon, slowly encasing it small root like vines. As the Cubone struggled to stand Trent's Bulbasaur seemed to be getting more strength. That's when the trainer realized, it was a Leech Seed attack. His Bulbasaur was sapping the power from its foe and taking it for itself. The small ground type however still wanted to put up a fight. It somehow had managed to stand up. It started to walk toward the grass type bone raised in the air. When it was within striking distance the pokemon layed its final blow, bone Club. The attack ended up being a simple tap on the head, no heavier than a pat on the head from an old relative. The Cubone fell to the floor a final tear rolling down from its eye. The Bulbasaur grinned before gesturing toward the pokemon. Trent nodded; he knew exactly what Bulbasaur meant. He pulled out an extra pokeball and threw it at the fallen creature. The pokemon disappeared in a flash of red light leaving only the shaking red and white ball on the ground.

OOC: When will the hoenn/shinnoh pokémon be avalible if they will be?

TIC: The ran down the long hallway of the cave wher the ponyta had come from. They ended up at a shallow lake that it must have been drinking from. There was something there also that must have been the thing to run the ponyta away. The wild pokémon turned from its lake to charge at the the four.

Name: Rhyhorn
Type: Rock/Ground
Level: 14
Moves: Stomp, Horn Attack, Tail Whip, Rock Polish

"Blaze, Ember on it now. Jet, scratch. Meoweth, furry swipes." Rehoma said pointing to the figure running at them. Jet and meoweth ran to either side of him while blaze's ember attack went strait on after him. The three attacks hit at the same time knocking the rival rhyhorn backwards into the water. It came for them with its head down charging after meoweth. Meoweth outstreched his claws getting ready to counter it. Jet ran to try to top it with a scratch that would scrape down its left side. The rhyhorn quickly changed courses and hit jet. Jet then when flying into a piece of stalagmite hitting his head. Meoweth began to zig zag toward him trying not to be locked onto when the rhyhorn became shiny.

"Blaze use ember againto weaken it so meoweth can finish it." Rehoma sasid to the fire pokémon. Blaze gathered a ball of fire in his mouth to shoot it at the shining opponet. Jet finally got back up to fight as the fire shot from blazes mouth. Jet ran beside the ball hoping to hit the pokémon at the same time. The ball and jet hit the rock type right in the face knocking it off of its feet. Meoweth began running toward the rhyhorn as it was trying to get up from where it lay. Meoweth got to his hind legs and was scratchin his underbelly. Rhyhorn then kicked meoweth with his hind legs to get him away. As rhyhor ran toward the stumbbling meoweth another fireball came. The rhyhorn then fell after the ember attack. I knew we should have done this or else it would have killed us. Rehoma thought to himself. He then returned his three pokémon to their balls for a nice rest.

BIC: i'Aisha and Michael walked further into the cave, when in the distance they spotted Trent, standing above a shaking Pokéball. It shook to the left, then to the right, then with a small pause, the Pokémon inside had been caught, Michael smirked, he was happy that even though everyone had split up. They still had their Pokémon to help them, he then spun round as i'Aisha walked towards what seemed to be a source of light.

She pointed down the cave, "Look!" She shouted grinning, Michael titled his head, before racing down the cave, as they came across the light, they noticed it was not what they instantly assumed, not an exit to the cave, but infact, a torch, hung to a wall, he glanced down the rest of the cave, there were torches all down the cave towards the North, it was a sign of civilisation, with a loud roar, i'Aisha flinced, and turned around, shaking.

Sapphire looked down at the fire eevee evolution. She refused to smile even though the Pokémon was being adorable and kind. Eventually the smile broke past and Sapphire couldn't help but smirk over the kindness of the creature. Malex looked at Natasha who was shivering and took off his coat and wrapped it around her. He smiled kindly and she could soon feel the warmth from the coat as it was designed to keep out both extreme heat and extreme cold. Sapphire glared at Malex but he looked at her and walked over wrapping his arms around the girl with the Flareon in the middle.

"You have quite the Pokémon." Sapphire whispered closing her eyes and laying her head on Malex's shoulder.

At that moment breaking the piece came a huge roar. The earth began to shake slightly and stones began to rain from the roof. Light turned around and along with the Flareon who jumped out of Sapphire's arms, through an harsh ember down the path the sound was traveling from. Malex jumped back and pushed Sapphire behind him so she stood next to Natasha. He was determined to save the two girls or at least be a hero and protect them as much as he could. The light of the attacks lit up the path and there was a huge rock like snake rushing towards the teens.

"AHHHH!" Once Malex laid eyes on the beast he screamed and soon ran past Sapphire and Natasha leaving them in front. "Run for your lives you daft girls!" He screamed and Sapphire grabbed Natasha's wrist while returning Light and Natasha called Her Flareon. Sapphire's sharp eyes stared through the dark, Erk glowing with a blue aura. She closed her eyes and thought for a moment while beginning to run bringing Natasha with her, not giving the poor girl a chance to refuse.

"Erk! It's a rock type Pokémon hold it off as much as you can, but make sure you can keep up with us!" Sapphire commanded watching as the Vaporeon nodded before using the water from it's body to create an stream of water that it shot out violently. Once the attack left his mouth, Erk ran after the teenagers, looking back at the soaked snake which had slowed down causing an uproar and making the tunnel crumble further. Sapphire and Natasha was soon startled by a huge chunk of the celling come down and crash on the path in front of them. The blow from the rock caused the two girls to fall on their backsides and they screamed out to get Malex. He turned around and saw the two there on the floor. Sapphire had got to her feet but a sharp rock had cut up Natasha's leg. The Flareon looked at her fallen partner and began to lick the wound which only made it sting more. Erk had caught up but the rock snake was luckily no where to be seen... For now.

Malex had ran back and looked at the fallen girl. "Natasha! There is no way you're going to last long on that leg!" Malex's voice echoed through the long cave. Sapphrie stroked Erk and kissed the top of his head while saying a whispering thanks to him for helping out. "Listen to me Natasha. You can try and get far on that leg... but..." Malex turned around so he was knelt on one knee and his back was facing her. "No jokes, I'll carry you on my back if it will help." Sapphire looked at him and smiled. He was a gentleman when needed to be.

Natasha was again surprised when Malex took off his coat and let her wear it. She blushed again and brought it closer to herself. The girl then smiled as Sapphire commented on her Pokemon. "Thank you...Helen is quite the girl," Natasha said.

"Flareon!" Helen had said at the time.

But then the Onix had appeared out of nowhere and, before she even had a clue at what was going on, Natasha was bring dragged away from the scene. All thought was erased from her mind as the most basic of instincts came over her. To run from a predator that was trying to kill and devour you. The girl wasn't even aware of other things going on around her, she just did her best to keep up with Malex and Sapphire. Of course, this was why the falling rock caught her off guard even more so. Natasha whimpered in pain as she tried to stand up.

"Damn it..." Natasha growled, then looked at the cut on her leg, wincing slightly at the gash. Helen quickly came to her side and tried to lick the wound clean. The girl flinched at the sting that followed.

She then looked up as Malex offered to carry her on her back. Natasha frowned, not liking to depend on other people. But she knew that he was right, there was no way that she could walk on that leg as it was right now. So, with a very deep sigh, the girl gave the boy an even gaze and held up her arms, giving premission for him to pick her up and take her on his back.

"Very well...if it means that I'll be able to get out of this stupid cave then so be it," Natasha muttered. "Just hurry and help me up."
