But the food idea would kinda be a cool idea. It could be mixed in with enhancement items such as carbos, iron, calcium, etc. And Brock would have the strongest, most effective food since his dream was to become a great pokemon breeder on the show
 
well thats a good point.
But the idea of HAVING to feed them would be ridiculous.
and an annoying hassle.
 
hmm well...i think feeding them could be a good idea, pokemon energy depends upon food and health. something could be added if you keep your pokemon full that they may start the battle with a little bit extra hp. but if they are hungry they will lack energy if the hunger becomes too great and they will start a battle with some hp taken off?

dunno if it is a good idea or not. probably not
 
hmmm, that idea is actually pretty good.

so then feeding doesnt actually become a huge deal,but it may give you the upper hand in battles.
 
well yeah it could be also be speed boosts introduced or something...they could have a hunger level and it would go down really really slowly but it wont be a hug edeal if you ignore it but like you said it could give you some boosts in battle because it is fully refreshed and full of energy
 
being full or something could slow your pokemon down.
but if it reaches like... idk, some level of hunger. . . it could have like a small stat boost at beggining of battle?
 
well yeah, think of it this way

will you have more stamina and be able to run quicker if you are full or really hungry. energy will drain quicker if hungry.
 
yeah but if you're full, you would probably move slower.
When im full i know its more difficult to move.
you would need to eat jsut enough to be at a healthy level.
 
hmm good point, well i guess we should leave it to the maker to see if he likes it or not. but it may be impossible to make this feature available in the game
 
while it is interesting ... it would also be very very annoying. theres already enough to do before a pokemon battle, that food would only make it more complicated. if it is put into the game, then it should be either
a) automatic, so that you only need to keep buying food, otherwise there is the health/stat decrease
or
b) only for people who choose that they want that to affect them, like an advanced user

well i guess the food with enhancements wouldnt be a great idea, although I still like my Brock idea though with him selling breeding products.

Well, maybe not selling enhancement products but more of, Giving special enhancements that your pokemon can only take so much for different special side quests?

It would be like having fuel in a free roam car game. Annoying.
 
Here's my last post on this stupid argument because that's what is; stupid. But I do need to reply because once again my thoughts have been attacked without basis or any logical backing.
(nobody is going to read this sentence, no doubt, you'll all just say you get to have the last say)

Hm, did you notice that was Captain Arcane's sentence, I just changed the names?

Why can't you and the people your battle with over the internet keep your mouth's shut. Who cares about complete custom tiles to "closely complete" custom tiles. Game Freak & Nintendo can't sue anyone who isn't getting a profit off of it, so what who cares if he takes the tiles from them and edits them a tad.
I already said I LIKE HIS TILES, jesus christ learn to ****ing read.

All I'm trying to get at is, get over this argument. CA is making the best fan-game I have seen in any section of this entire forum, whether he is taking tiles and editing them from Nintendo or complete custom ones. And if it really does bother you that he is doing this, then don't play his game. Go make one that is as good as his looks so far with your "complete custom tiles".
I DONT WANT TO COMPETE WITH HIS TILES BECAUSE HE IS DOING A GOOD JOB WITH HIS TILES. COMPREHENSION IS NOT DIFFICULT.
I DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM WITH HIM TAKING TILES OR "TEXTURES" FROM THE GAMES, IT THINK IT WORKS VERY WELL.

You know what he didn't draw by hand? The textures.
Textures which are part of the sprite.

if
drawn by hand = custom
and
texture =! drawn by hand
then
graphics =! custom

That's your logic right there, proving my point.

So seriously, unless you can prove me wrong just cut this **** out and we won't have to argue any more.

I don't care if you insult me or anyone else here. I am just sick of you defending yourself. When will you learn you don't need to have the last say? It's over, Agreed?
 
for pokemon in the orange islands have diffrent shiny pokemon than in an area like kanto(like pigey's shiny form in kanto is orange, while pigey's shiny form in the orandge islands is blue)
