Looks next to perfect as always mate, I can only suggest getting some more custom graphics.

@Deco: From the screenshots it is evident that there is a Day/Night system in play.
 
This game is looking pretty darn good.

@The Dash: He could just have it all night instead of day/night.
 
Maybe it would relate to the story.

Anyways back on topic. The game is looking great but don't make the black semi-transparent.
