The story sounds decent, if applied correctly.
No offense, but the maps are horrid though, they needed to be drastically improved.

IF you read, they are ROUGHS meaning NOT FINAL
Roughs usually require some shape and planning. Those maps just look like a bunch of tiles thrown down on a map.
The story sounds kind of generic. It can work, but you have to throw in some twists so you don't get lost in the sea of "Kidnapped Family - Evil Team - 8 Gyms - Rescue Family - Large Legendary Battle - Elite Four" games out there.
If Piplup/Prinplup/Empoleon aren't the starters, I'm guessing they'll have some form of emphasis in the game.
Also, don't get snappy at people for giving you constructive criticism when in fact they're just trying to help. Relax.

Okie Dokie, will do. But can this get locked.. the rom isn't working with the map changes I made.. :( If I can get that fixed.. I will make a new thread.. and of course I have plot twists, I just want them unexpected.. and technically they aren't gyms or the E4, hence the quotes. Piplup might or might now have something to do with it.. I just like him.
