White 2 hack: Pokémon White 2 Balanced Edition

Pokémon White 2 Balanced Edition is a hack that balances all 649 Pokémon and their forms. Its goal is to make all Pokémon obtainable and viable for team building.
Each and every Pokémon has received individual attention and has been changed in a way that not only allows them to be a good choice for battle, but also allows them to stand out from other Pokémon.


Here is the list of features for Pokémon White 2 Balanced:

• All 649 Pokémon are available. Certain Forms (Castform Sunny Form for example) if caught in the wild without their form changing ability, will also retain a form.
• All Pokémon have a Base Stat Total of 600.
• Almost all Pokémon have been revamped in some way. For some Pokémon this also means a new typing.
• All Type combinations are present in the game.
• A larger variety of Pokémon are available at the beginning routes of the game, to encourage diverse teams.
• Most moves have been revamped. Stealth Rock for example now always goes last. Weak moves like ember now have priority like Aqua Jet.
• Trade Evolutions have been removed. Some evolutions have also been changed (Wurmple evolves based on whether Beedrill or Butterfree are in the party).
• Unevolved Pokémon in the wild are now much easier to catch and give more experience points.
• A new feature called Dubious Evolution has been added to the game. Dubious Evolution is when a Pokémon deviates from its normal evolution line. For Example, Caterpie can evolve into Dunsparce if it levels up during the day while holding a Nugget. Many Pokémon Dubiously Evolve, normally by leveling up while holding an item during the day or night. Some of the Dubious Evolutions are references to fan theories as well.
• There are 5 guides, one for each generation. They tell players what a Pokémon 's Base Stat Total is, where to find a Pokémon, what its typing is, and even what held item it will have.
• EV Training Spots have been added to the game.

The EV Training Spots are:

• Route 19-HP
• Flocessy Ranch-Attack
• Castelia Sewers 1F-Defense
• Castelia Park-Special Defense
• Lostlorn Forest-Special Attack
• Route 4-Speed

There are also three versions of the game.
The Standard Edition is considered to be the default. In it, Ice type resist Grass,Flying, and Normal. Poison is also super effective against Water. Some Pokemon are re-typed. Charizard for Example is a Fire/Dragon Type.
The Standard Typeless Edition is the same, but has the normal type chart instead of the Ice and Poison Type changes.
The Classic Edition lacks both the Ice and Poison Type changes, and No Pokemon have their types changed. Charizard for example is a Fire/Flying Type in this version.

In the Discord, a couple of players reporting difficulty/major problems with patching the game.

So to address this I have created new XDelta patches for each and every version of White 2 Balanced Edition. The links have been updated including the bundles to include the new patches.
Players should now have no problem using the XDelta patches.

Is the fairy typing included in this hack?

The fairy type is not included in this hack.

A new patch has been released!
Vullaby was missing from the game, so this new patch fixes that. Beldum was also hard for players to find, so a Dubious Evolution was arranged for it. Now if you give a Bronzor a Pokeball at night, it will evolve into Metang if it levels up.

For the Standard edition, almost 50 NEW Dubious Evolutions have been added!
I'll reveal one of the new Dubious Evolutions:
If you give Oddish a Potion to hold during the day, it will evolve into Exeggutor if it levels up.

Pokemon White 2 Balanced Edition is intended to the last Balanced Edition game in the series by my hand.

Reshiram / Zekrom / Keldeo / Meloetta / Genesect are shiny locked, but everything else should be good.

THAT BEING SAID, you CAN obtain Shiny Reshiram / Zekrom / Meloetta / Genesect via DUBIOUS EVOLUTION.

Keldeo is the only Pokemon that is truly Shiny Locked in Pokemon White 2 Balanced Edition.
