I have a question. Just out of curiosity how many eggs have been adopted so far?

There are 523 currently adopted.
Out of which, 12 are shiny.

That makes it a 2.29% of getting a shiny.
Or an approximate 1:44 chance.
This has now gone up, so it will slowly get harder to get a shiny.

1. Promos only occur every once in a while.
2. As of this post, 873 PokéPals have been adopted. 18 of which are Shiny. Making it a 2% chance of obtaining one, or 1:50 chance of obtaining one.
