Pok?mon.com vs. Pok?mon.co.jp

pokemon.com was a good source for me when i was deciding whether or not to buy emerald and pick up my pokemon habbit again. it is very basic, but that's what i was looking for. i'm sure there are a ton of fansites that are way better for more experienced players, but when you're looking for some easy info and not too much jargon that new users are unaware of, an official nintendo website is a good place to head.
 
Pokemon.com has just informtion for the casual pokemon fan/game player.

PPN, SIVPH, PsyPoke, Pkmn-Source, Serebii, and Pokemon706 are for the hardcore game players.
 
P706 is hard for me to find anything on though.
