Pok?mon Gurus (I need some help)

Okay everyone, I have a site called the Pok?mon Gurus, and I really need a layout for it. I would like to be able to have a little column (navbar) on the side of the page so that all my links will be easily acessible. I feel my site is rather plain now, but I am working on it still. Could someone please tell me the HTML code to make a navbar, I would greatly appreciate it.

Have you checked to see if there is a layout you like at freelayouts.com yet? they have some neat ones there.

Ooh! I like the Anti-Kerry stuff too! But I wouldn't get Pokemon Sites mixed up in political things....IMO

How exactly do I upload it?

Well...Simply...
Folder things...
images =>put all images to this folder (You gotta create an images folder on da server)
index.htm (Just upload to main server...)

Link 1, Link 2 etc depends on ya...You can change these links to different pages(such as ruby.html by renaming and editing the link) and then clone the main html which you have edited for making new pages...
