Yes, it has Pokemon from both Kanto and Johto in it.

Certainly has a toony feel to it. I certainly admire the Erika and Akane as the Rocket designs. I think this gels my amusement or my love of Himeno's works.

You how to wonder if how the other Gym Leaders would fare, given the treatment. More, please.
