There is anime-based manga called Ash & Pikachu. It is drawn by Takashi Teshirogi. One of the chapters of this manga features Pokemon Ranger female character named Hinata. I am pretty sure that you have got the scans of this chapter that I described because there is not official Pokemon Ranger manga yet. There is only this one chapter of Teshirogi's one.

Yes, it was visible on one of CoroCoro scans. And revealed as her anime name there. I think she will also be named Hinata in the game but it is not confirmed yet.
