Actually, SapphireXRuby, Blue and Silver are not brother and sister. They were both kidnapped by Yanagi when (Blue was five), and (Silver was about two). They were just partnered up in "Evolution" and "Trading". Silver's father is Sakaki, and Blue's parents are shown at netkun.com/pockemon/. But Ookido-Hakase says; "Blue loves Silver like a brother.". But Silver has a slight crush on Blue.
