Yeah because they're too good for Ash to control. :P
Rayquaza, a sky high pokemon. It is found in the sky pillar and has the highest overall stats equivalent to Mewtwo, Ho-oh and Lugia. Has a killer atk and sp.atk.
 
Latios a dragon/psychic type.
 
Medicham, a psychic/fighting pokemon. It can be found in the Victory Road. Medicham can be a good annoyer due to it's ability to learn:double team, calm mind and recover naturally. I have one of these in my Ruby Version team.
 
Lunatone, a pokemon that can only be found in Saphire Verison. :P
It looks like a moon and can learn the self-destructing move, Explosion.
 
Metagross, Steven's most prized pokemon. I think it's the only pokemon to learn meteor mash naturally. It is the evolved form of Metang and is a psychic/steel pokemon.
 
Skarmory, another pokemon that Steven has. It is a steel/flying pokemon and can learn spikes. It has good speed, which is obvious since it's a flying type pokemon.
 
Jolteon, a electric pokemon that evolves from an Evee. It has really good speed and special attack so it is safe against many type except to ground types. I have one in my Blue Version.
 
Zapdos, an electric/flying pokemon. It has quick speed and sp.attack. I have one in R/B/Y which probaly everyone already catched also.
