    Pok?rus Effect

First i wanna say that i'm posting this 'cause i don't know very well the Pok?rus effect, and i wanna be sure posting it.

The day before yersterday i found in my box a Shedinja that had Pok?rus in it, but i don't know when this "life form" attached to Shedinja. When i saw it i also noticed that two of my pok?mon (Ninjask and Rayquaza) had a black dot between the pok?ball and the Level (in the Summary). I asked about it on a Mexican Forum and they said me the black dot means the pok?mon has not more Pok?rus (it's no more infected, meaning that it was), but the Effect still remains (effect similar to the Macho Brace).

    - One of my questions is if the Macho brace and the Pok?rus effect can be used at the same time, meaning a X4 Effort Points after each battle (if my pok?mon have pok?rus or the black dot)

    - After getting the Effort Ribbon i can level-up my pok?mon with rare candies, am i right?, 'cause the Effort Ribbon means that the pok?mon can't get more Effort Points OR...

    - Have a pok?mon with low level (5 if it's from breed) and level-up to level 100 with rare candies (this is difficult 'cause the rare candies), battle until obtain the Effort Ribbon and place the pok?mon into a box, and when i take it out this pok?mon it will have the stats modified with the Max Effort Points

    - How many Effort Points can earn a pok?mon, 510 or 512?

Well those are my questions right now, but if ineed some more help i'll ask to you guys, and other thing, if there's something confusing in my post please tell me, 'cause i'm learning english yet :P

effort ribbon does not do anything but it means your pokemon cant get any MORE hp ups/irons ect

Actually, rare candy first then battle for effort points. When your pokemon is at a low level, you don't have the strength to defeat whoever you want (for the right EV). So rare candy first for the Experience level. Rare candy leveling up doesn't not affect your EV so that's good. Use it to lvl 100. Then battle for 512 effort points of your choice. After getting the Effort Ribbon which means that you got 512 Effort points (use Pokerus or Macho brace to make things faster), put that Pokemon in your computer. When you withdraw it later, the EV should be taking effect and updating the stats of your Pokemon

(note: vitamins such as HP Up, Protein and Iron means +10 EV for that category. You can use up to 10 vitamins for an easy 100 EV lead off. That also explains why after getting the effort ribbon, you can't use vitamins anymore)
