Pok?Special Manga - Overworld Style!

My third comic...yay! Happy New Years...
This comic is based on Pok?mon Adventures (Pok?Special) manga but in GBA style. Each Chapter will be about 5 parts long and there is a number of Chapters in a Volume. And a number of volumes in a Series.
I hope you enjoy the layout, smaller sqaures...

Nice going with the comic Matt.
It looks great so far,a little rushed,but greatness.Expect me to be continuing to read this one,eh?^^
Though,that picceh of Red,it was when he was 14..right?No worries with the picceh though,I just wanted to make sure that it was when he's 14.XD

I'm a fan of Pok?Special, myself. So I am somewhat attracted to this comic XD I agree, it was a little rushed. But nice start never the less, I'm not thinking much of Red right now, he seems to have quite the ego, heh. Also, I have spotted a spelling mistake or two. Try to revise each episode you make, just to make sure there are no typos about. Anyways, keep at it ;)

Yeah as i said, i will slow down a bit after Chapter 1.
I'll put the rest of Chapter 1 up now!

Yep, this comic is very good, just something that would be better if you read well the manga:

First of all, Red haves a black shirt at the R/G/B sagas, Green does not have that green jacket.

Try to edit that, then it would look a bit more like the Pok?special.

Nice work, but as one of the major manga supporters around here, you've taken too many elements from the anime, diluting the whole perspective of the manga. I suggest that when making the sprite comic, try to focus more on the manga itself and imagine the anime doesn't exist because take note that the manga was made first than the anime. Kudos, though. Keep up the great job.

Thank you soooo much! For making a comic version of the manga. We never have any Pokemon manga at the bookstores around where I am and I'm right outside NYC! I found two Ono mangas (and smartly bought them) but never did I ever see a Pokespecial.
I was thinking of getting a few shipped in but my mom and I have to do research for that.

I suggest that when making the sprite comic, try to focus more on the manga itself and imagine the anime doesn't exist because take note that the manga was made first than the anime.

I dont think that applies to Pokemon. The game came first and I believe the TV show followed. I'm not 100% sure though.

EDIT: By the advice of REd-Kun I have changed all the comics to have Red in a Black Shirt instead of White. There ya go.

The game came out in 1997 and it was shortly followed by the manga. That's why the manga was more in depth with the game than it is with the anime and the art is much more towards game art perspective.

A bit rushed but it does clear up the manga a bit. I can't get the manga so this one helps. I like it alot...POWER TO GREEN!!
